Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicles or properties prior to any type of valet/detailing/cleaning services.
360 SMART CLEANING will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle/property whilst it is being cleaned/valeted/refurbished or detailed.
Our valeting/cleaning or detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle/property is different and may require more or less time to be cleaned/valeted or detailed.
We reserve the right to use any one of our experienced staff to undertake your cleaning/valeting/detailing or property maintenance service and may need to change the cleaner/detailer/constructor at short notice without penalty to 360 Smart Cleaning.
We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking.
We reserve the right to move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
All vehicles/properties are cleaned and valeted at the customers own risk.
360 SMART CLEANING reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking with their service if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.
360 SMART CLEANING will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviours be encountered.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
Our prices are based on valet, location, car or property type and condition of this and will be advertised as a from price. Any price we quote over the telephone is an estimate only and should be used as a guide and not a guarantee.
360 SMART CLEANING reserves the right to charge each vehicle or property according to its condition, the type and the customer location.
360 SMART CLEANING reserves the right to amend any price during the valet/cleaning/detailing/property maintenance should it differ from the original estimate.

We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys,
All our chemicals are eco friendly safe to use on any cleaning/valeting and detailing jobs.
All our cleaners are fully insured and 360 SMART CLEANING has public and employees liability insurance.
We must have permission to hold a debit or credit card to secure a regular booking and we will charge the card after each visit. Will be different for property maintenance area, please ask 360 for more information.
We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount should the vehicles(s)/property is not available for cleaning/detailing and the booking has not been cancelled in advance (see cancellation policy).
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking type (valet/cleaning/detailing) and 72 hours for property maintenance services, please ask 360 for more details. A contract agreement should be signed between both parties before any regular or major work starts.
360 SMART CLEANING reserve the right to take 50% of the valet/cleaning/detailing service price if the job is cancelled on the day without prior agreement. For property maintenance and regular cleaning services, please see contract agreement.
360 SMART CLEANING reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time or date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know beforehand.
360 SMART CLEANING reserve the right to cancel a booking or move a booking in accordance with weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
